To request a refund for a booked service, contact us within 7 days of your purchase by completing the form at Contact Us. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days. You may request one reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability. Personalized or bespoke consultation packages require preparatory work and are non-refundable. This ensures our experts allocate time and resources effectively.

Full refunds for digital courses and e-books are available if requested within 7 days of purchase and if less than 50% of the content has been accessed. Submit your refund request through Contact Us. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

6.3 Goods

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via Contact Us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
